Pre-insulated Flexible Stainless Steel Tube for Solar Systems
- Corrugated metal pipe in stainless steel AISI 316L. It has considerable flexibility and ability to maintain the installation;
- Insulating sheath in HT composite layer, without: Halogen, asbestos, bromine, formaldehyde, PVC, CFCs and HCFCs; excellent fire resistance and self-extinguishing (class B2, DIN EN 4102);
- Outer coating with UV protective film;
- Thermal resistance from -50°C to 150°C (175°C MAX), according to detailed specifications;
- Thermal conductivity: 0.042 W / (m°K) according to DIN 52613;
- Silicone bipolar cable, 0.5 mm2, intended for the temperature sensor for solar panels under construction;
TUBES
The corrugated metal SUNTUBE tubes have a thickness of 0.3 mm, can withstand a maximum pressure of 15 bar and are available exclusively in AISI 316L stainless steel.

THERMAL INSULATION
The HT composite heat insulation of SUNTUBE tubes resists high temperatures and minimizes heat loss. It is coated with a film resistant to chemicals and weathering.
