The technical unit sucks the exhaust air from the house and fresh air from the outside and makes a complete passive enthalpic exchange before inputting fresh air in the house and the exhaust air into the outside environment.

The heart of the exchanger is an assembly of plates of non-woven fabric. The exhaust air and the inlet air are separated by a special membrane so that only fresh air comes back into the room in order to achieve the effective recovery of heat. The special membrane impermeable to air prevents aqueous gases from passing through; cross-flow improves the exchange of vapour through the membrane with minimal mixing of the air.

ReEnergy Plus also has additional unique features, such as ozone deodorization, ultraviolet sterilization and oxygen enrichment by the inflow of negative ions. These functions are easily selected from the control panel. Also included is an auto shut-off system: One simply programmes the device and it will work for the time programmed, refreshing and sterilizing the room air. The processing completely purifies the air in your home, and you feel like you are breathing pure forest air. The constant recycling of air keeps the pollutants inside the home at a minimum level, while the filters trap dust and other impurities. The use of the air handling unit can avoid any waste of energy, which can be caused in the summer or winter by opening windows or other for air exchange, resulting in cost savings for cooling and heating .
